Your Love is King

Some people believe music is a window to a person’s soul. Good luck with trying to figure me out because I listen to EVERYTHING!! Yes, I’m hollering because music gets me hype! Music has bonded me to so many people regardless of age.

To be completely transparent, I have a hard time sticking with things. I get bored, my enthusiasm decreases, then I move on but that’s another blog for another day (we will get there lol). Music has always been consistent in my life. I still listen to the same songs from grade school and high school. Have you ever played a song and can literally be back in a specific moment? Sometimes, that’s not always a happy place. My song memories usually come in the form of fragrances like scented markers, play doe, and fresh-cut summer grass. Yes! Music reminds you how far you come, secrets you never told, and motivation to keep going. So many songs come to mind. Music is transforming and meditative. I really love music and I’m so grateful that it exists. One Monday out of the month, I will share what I’ve been listening to. This was so hard to narrow down.
